General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi & Welcome to HCM.
I appreciate your concern for the safety of Rablet for mild duodenitis.

Rablet (Rabeprazole) is a PPI drug found to be effective in suppressing the stomach acid production and the healing process as well.

To be more effective, it has to be taken for at least 4-6 weeks.
Usually when used alone Rablet itself is sufficient enough to reduce the syjmptoms.
Sucrafil O Gel is used to protect the inflamed mucosal lining of the duodenum.
Simultaneously if you are also taking Sucralfil O Gel, take Rablet at least 30 minutes before Sucralfil O Gel.

Besides, you must avoid taking hot and spicy foods, coffee, smoking, oily vegan and non vegan meals, fast foods, alcohol etc.

Hope to have answered your query.
