Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Presence of pus cells in the absence of clinical findings like distension of abdomen or fever is likely to be of less significance.
There is no reason for concern.
Consult Pediatrician if the bleeding recurrs.
Possibility of Milk allergy to be considered

In case you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you happy and healthy life

Take Care
