Is It Safe To Take A Laxative For Anal Pain & Bowel Movement?
I'm taking a generic Vicodin (500MG) and Valium (2MG) for anal pain. However, t does not ease the pain. I have been taking a stool softener as well, but it is not working. I haven't had a bowel movement in almost five days. Is it safe to take a laxative?
-Take an over the counter or prescribed laxative. -Drink more water. -Eat more fiber, especially soluble, non-fermentable fiber. -Take Senna, an herbal laxative.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
