Is It Safe To Take Colimex Drops?

I came onto this website to check if its safe to give Colimex drops.. unfortunately I found mixed opinions..while one doc said its safe, the other said it is sedative n has other side effects on the intestine as it contains dicyclomine.. I am now confused.. please advice
