Duromine ia Phenteramine and is not supposed to be taken by females who are pregnant or trying for pregnancy.Also there are side effects of duromine like nausea;vomiting ;dizziness;dryness of mouth ;irritability;nervousness;headache ;depressed feeing etc which may be compounded by combined use of contraceptive injection so it is better not to use both of them together unless the doctor suggests so or there is no other contraceptive option suitable for you.
