Is It Safe To Take Fish Oil Supplements With Clomid?

I am recently taking clomid. Yesterday was my last pill. I also see an accupucturist. He recommended that I take fish oil, Wild Yam Complex, Ovex and symplex F. All of this is whole food supplements. The company is standard process. I am debating whether to take these or not. They are supposed to help with my fertility. I know clomid is suppose to be also. Can I take these and still use the clomid. I know this is going to be a complicated question. Please help.
