Is It Safe To Take High Doses Of Prednisolone Everyday?
I have severe copd and have been having exacerbations more and more often leading to me taking predinisolone for either 7 or sometimes 10 and even once 14 day (reducing dose) if I go for 3 weeks between courses of prednisolone is that fairly safe? in other words long term use of prednisolone bad side effects but if taken with a break in between courses is that safer?

Long term treatment with predenisone is not recommended. You can opt for inhalational steroids. Consult a pulmonologist and he will direct you accordingly.
