Is It Safe To Take Tranxene,tramadol And Tylenol Together?

I recently had surrgery and take tranxene 7.5 Mg 2 1/2 tabs daily. I am taking tramadol 50 Mg for pain. Ii have only taken 1tramadol two days ago and 1 ttonight at bedtime with 1 extra strength tylenol. I took my h s trancene also. Is this acceptable or should I take them differently?

Tramadol HCl 37.5 mg/Acetaminophen 325 mg and Tranxene 25mg/day can be prescribed for the short-term (five days or less) management of acute pain. Side effects are encountered when when the medicines are taken for a month.
