Is It Safe To Taper The Pain Medications?

I have been taking pain meds for 2 years or a bit longer......I was taking 90 mgs of opana er and 4 mg dilaudid twice a day. I have some serious back issues and problems frinding a doctor to consult with me....im looking to tamper down and I want to tamper down from what drs and pharmacists said it takes 3 months reducing by 10 mgs and take something not as heavy.....I need help and im losing my mind I cant go to physoca; therapy due to my pain...I just have nowhere to turn to

You are taking #opana and #dialudid, both of them are opiates, so cutting off them has issuess such rebound pain from opiates, so taper as your doctor said.
