Is It Safe To Undergo Hysterectomy For Complex Hyperplasia During Peri Menopause?

Had an endometrial ablation two weeks ago for extreme bleeding during peri-menopause. A biopsy prior to the procedure showed no issues. The tissue removed immediately prior to the ablation was tested and came back indicating complex hyperplasia w/o atypia. Since the ablation will likely mask any signs of it getting worse and a history of andenoyoma, a hysterectomy has been suggested as a next step. Is this a reasonable way to proceed?
