Will There Be Postmenopausal Symptoms After Hysterectomy, Homonal Imbalance Etc, Even Years After Menopause?
I am 58 and been through menopause, it's very likely that I will have to have a hysterectomy, maybe also 1 ovary removed. Will i have postmenopausal symptoms after the hysterectomy, homonal imbalance etc, even though I went through menopause years ago?

You dont need to worry because you have one ovary ,for this reason you will not have postmenopausal symptoms.
If you will have symptoms, you may need to trace hormones and then take HRT.
