Is It Safe To Use Femilon Tablets When There Is Bloating?

Hi,My age is 31 years, Height is 5 feet 1 inch, weight is 70.5 kg.An untimely period occurred last month (i.e. on 12th Feb 16). The date for regular period was 24th Feb 2016. Now, my period lasted from 12th Feb till 26th Feb 2016. I have consulted a gyno doctor, she has ask for blood test, USG of lower abdomen. Blood report is normal, but in USG report it was shown a thin Cyst in left overy .My Doctor has given Femilon tablet and ask to start from the 3rd day of the next cycle and use it for 6 month then do a USG and come back.Now, from 21st Feb 2016, bloating happens (i.e. my legs and hands swelling) and it was also paining. My gyno doctor told me to consult other MD doctor.I have consulted the MD dcotor, he is saying that it happen due to heavy blood flow. So, he has give a vitamine supplement (i.e. Absolute Women). He has not given any other medicine.Now, from 21st Feb 2016 till 2nd March 2016, my leg and hand was swelling and paining. From 4th March 2016 onwards it started decreasing and it was fine by 7-8 March 2016.Again, on 11 March 2016, my period started and my legs and hand started swelling and paining. Now, My question:1) Is it safe to use Femilon tabs , as I am having bloating (i.e. swelling of legs and hands) problem?In the Femilon tab pack (in the leaflet paper) lots of precaution is given like when to use or when we should not use Femilon tab. I am having a history of migraine also but now it is in control.now, my second question:2) I am worried about the Blood Clot part given in the Femilon pack leaflet paper, Is bloating and blood clot same?

For your age and height you can be 55 to 60 kg weight.you are overweight by 10 kg.that reduction of weight should be in your focus through balanced diet and exercise,avoiding oily,spicy,salty food and junk like pizzas etc.for ovarian cyst femilon works excellently and the blood clot part you need not worry as it occurs in higher ages and very remote in your age.but bloating and clotting are not same.bloating is due to excess fluid leakage into capillary tissue sorrounding the blood capillaries.factors causing bloating are Physical inactivity,Standing or sitting still for long time,Pregnancy,high BP in pregnancy,Menstruation and pre-menstruation,menopause, Hormone replacement therapy after the menopause can also cause edema,high salt diet,bad diet with low b complex vitamins.
migraine and hand and feet swelling come under the category of side effects of femilon that are not serious and subside over a period of time. so you need not worry and try to reduce weight.Incase your symtoms are not reducing even after 3 months of femilon use you have to consult MD dr.
