Hi . I bought monthly contact lenses about two months ago and i opened them to try and put them on and take them off . Then , i stopped wearing them for 4 weeks . Now i want to start wearing them again , so should i throw these away or continue using them because they are monthly contacts and i did not wear them for a whole month .

Hello
It seems from the history that you are using contact lenses. You are using monthly disposable contact lenses and you have opened them and used them for one day and you have discontinued them.
Now if you want to start wearing contact lenses, you need to open a new pair and start using them.

THANK YOU
