Is It Serious To Have Petechiae From Knees To Ankles Inside On Right Leg, Crosses Over Shin?

I have petechiae from my knees to my ankles mostly on the inside but on my right leg it crosses over my shin. I am worried it might mean something serious. I am 70 years old and am over weight. I don t have it on my arms or any place else on my body. Thanks

1. Reduce Platelet count
2. Disturbed coagulation Profile
3. Rash - Drug
4. Vasulitis.
