Is Lack Of Change In My Breasts For Lactation During Pregnancy A Concern?
Hello Dr, I m 6 months pregnancy woman and this is my first baby, my age is 27. My breast is too small and there is no improvement in it still. I m worrying about it, do am able to feed enough to my baby or to take any medications to increase my size. Please provide me the details. Thank you.
Hi..Can understand your concern. As per your query about breast size increment for lactation...you need not to worry about it as when lactation starts in breast automatically the blood vessels got engorge for production of milk and the heaviness is felt. Its a hormonal change just after your baby is delivered or detached from placenta.Yo will not face any problem in feeding your baby.Medications are not needed for milk production but a healthy protein rich diet is needed .You can also consult your gynaecologist for concern when you visit her for your and fetal checkup if much worried .I hope the information helps you.Take care.
