Is Lifting Weight Recommended While Having Bump On Chest?

hi doc,my 14yr old son has a noticable bump on his right breast plate,which feels like bone.i first noticed it when he was 2yrs of age and although my son claims it doesnt hurt,my son has just realised how much we can see it,my question for you was is it possible for my son to do weights on his left side of his chest to even it out????

No, it does not work that way.

And it may not be possible to fix it in that way. The problem
may be due to some bony overgrowth, which needs to be confirmed
by x ray and has to be managed under the guidance of Orthopedician
accordingly.
