Hi,

As I am aware Gynakot is an Ayurvedic medicine. So I am unable to comment or recommend you this particular drug for your problem. What I feel is that you are having a common problem faced by many young women which would usually go away with time.

You can use pain killers when you have severe pain for that you need to visit a doctor who practices western medicine. But if you experience severe pain in spite of taking painkillers I recommend you to consult a specialist doctor in Gynecology.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Kushan Thennakoon,
