3 months ago, I started a weight loss regimen. I signed up for a personal trainer, nutritionist, and two websites to help me. One website is a blogging site for support, and the other is a calorie counting site. I am always under my calorie goal. I have been seeing my trainer 3 times week, for 30 minutes per session, plus working out on my own 5 times a week in a gym for at least an hour. I also do 3 hours a week of Tae Kwon Do. In the last three months, since I began, I have only lost 8 pounds, and only about 3% of my body fat. I have been tested for diabetes, thyroid, blood count, and several other things. Everything always comes back ok. If this is the case, why have I only lost 8 pounds in 3 months?
