Hi

You need not worry about this BP reading of 100/60. This reduction in BP is expected with a hopace dose of 5 mg. As long as the systolic blood pressure is above 90 mmHg (the first reading) all your organs are receiving adequate blood supply from your heart and you need not worry.

In case you develop a dizziness, particularly while getting up in the morning, or too much light headedness, then you can consult your physician and he may suggest to modify the drug dosage.

Wishing you good health!!
