Is Low Blood Pressure A Side Effect Of Administering TPA?

in march of 2013 I had a stroke. the hospital gave me tpa. they cleaned my artery out on the right side of my neck. since then my blood pressure is extremely low. I pass out while shopping or anytime, any where. could this be a side effect of the tpa
