What Causes Low Blood Pressure?

Hi Doctor, I, jyoti, 28 having low bp problem from last 2-3 years. Several time my doctor advise me for ECG and report not completely normal nor life thearting. But some problem was there as i read the face of my doctor. I feel tired most of the time, even after a good sleep of 8 hours i feel tired. Sometime i unable to concentrate , i can see that someone is speaking and unable to understand. In short it look like that there is no life in my body. After taking a cup or coffee or salted water i feel little well. Even i feel somethuing in my heart side it not exactly pain but somehtin i can explain or cant bear it also. Please suggest what to do, what may be the cause or treatment. Thanks & Regards Jyoti
