Is Lung Pain After Hospitalisation For Low Hemoglobin A Matter Of Concern?

Hi! My husband ended up in ICU for 4 days. His hemoglobin was at 7 and he received 4 units of blood. His potassium fell low and they put a bag of K. He has been home for two days and starting yesterday, has pain in what seems is his lung. He was told with a hemoglobin of 7 he had a bleed somewhere but with upper and lower GI and belly scan, nothing was found. Should I be overly concerned about this new lung pain?

pain in lung may require chest Xray to r/o possible pathology in lungs and also it is important to know the reason for low hb. otherwise it is unusually low and that reason should be addressed now and no you are not overly concerned and better you consult a physician regarding the same immediately.
