i am 75 yearsold. i am a widower. i resort to masturbation frequently. but penis never erect. i am a heart ailment patient is it harmful to practice masturbation

hiii... there is no any age restriction for doing masturbation... it is a way expressing your feelings.... way of satisfying own sexual desire... as you are heart patient do not do heavy work... but i dont think so that masturbation is contraindicated in heart patient.... just be cautious do not over involve into it... enjoy

As you have a heart ailment, any exertion can put more load on the heart and cause symptoms
So mild to moderate exertion is ok
Mastrubation occasionally will not cause any problem.
If you develop any shortness of breath or chest pain, then you must stop.
