Oncologist 's  Response
Hello,

Although COPD itself doesn't directly cause pain, symptoms like persistent cough and chest tightness can cause pain. COPD-related pain is usually located in the shoulders, neck, lower back, and chest.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Esmeralda Sera, Oncologist
