Hi there,
After going through your question, I am of the opinion that:
1) Once implanon runs out, there are chances of pregnancy.
2) Since you have had unprotected sexual intercourse, you could be pregnant.
3) Some women have slight bleeding even in pregnancy or sometimes in mid-cycle during ovulation.
4) The mood changes could also be due to PMS or pregnancy.
5) My suggestion is that you wait for your periods to be missed and then get a urine pregnancy test done. In case that is negative, you can get a blood test called serum beta HCG done or even an ultrasound.

I hope this was helpful.
Regards,
Dr. Shikha Shah
