The test mentioned by you is Widal test. Widal test is done to detect Salmonella infection or typhoid infection. Typhoid is caused by Salmonella typhi, Salmonella paratyphi A and B. The test is reported as antibody titres. The antibody titres are significant when more than 1:80 for O and H antigens.
The test shows an antibody titres of 1:20 which suggests that no typhoid infection is present.
