Is My Blood Pressure Normal?

I am 32 and after 2 nonconsecutive visits to the doctor where my blood pressure was slightly high I was prescribed blood pressure medicine. Since then I have dedicated myself to working out 45 minutes a day 4 days a week. I just checked my blood pressure and it was 108/71 is this normal? Or should I seek medical attention?
