Is My Report Normal?

I had an ekg and they told me I need to have more tests because it look like there might have been some changes.
Vent rate 74 bpm
PR interval 164ms
QRS duration 74ms
QT/QTc 384/426
P-R-T axes 45 10 19
Everthing I have reas says these are normal readings?
