Is My Semen Analysis Report Normal?

Hi Doctor, My semen report. Would like to know whether it is normal or not. Volume 7.0 ml, Sperm count is 65 million/ml, active motility 15%, sluggish motility 20%, dead motility 65%. Morphology report: About 19% abnormal forms made of pin head, immature, swollen neck and giant headed forms seen. I need to understand this result. Kindly answer.
