Is My Sperm Analysis Test Normal?
My husband and myself have been tyring to get prego for 2 years now One normal pregnancy 5 years ago and one miscarriage in Feb 2010 He got a sperm anaylis done and I dont know what I should think of the results

Hello, Thnx to contact us. If I am your treating doctor I would like to advice you that PH of your husbands semen is alkaline and the morphology 92 abnormal are very abnormal. Basic Ph in semen is because of some underlying infections. I advice you to take the antibiotics for 1 week and repeat the analysis. If even the result is abnormal than you have to think for other methods of pregnancy like IVF. If you have anything else to ask please contact me. Thanx. Dr. Arun Tank
