Is My Urine Test With Red Blood Cells 1-2/HPF Normal?

I have diagonised with blood in urine. On urine test report shows specific gravity 1.010, pH 7.0, blood traces, microscopic examination pus cells 25-30/HPF, Red Blood cells 1-2/HPF, Epithelial cells few, mucus thread few and Bacteria (++). How serious is this condition and medication for it. Thanks
