Hello Dr. This is Rita from Raigarh.My baby is now six month old so I decided to intoduce solid food from Nestle cerelac..is it good for my baby or some homemade food will be the better option....and for how many time should I feed my baby and what portion? Plz suggest me

Normally rice cereal and then , if tolerated, the other cereals are introduced first.
After this foods are introduced. One is introduced at a time and used for a 3 to 4 day period to check for any allergic response.
