Is Night Dosage Of Vyvanse Advisable For A Child With ADHD?

My son is 10 yrs old and has ADHD--he s been on vyvance 50mg in the morning and intuniv 3mg at night. He used to be able to go to sleep easily with 10mg melatonin but now he has trouble winding down at bedtime. Should I switch the intuniv to the morning with the vyvance? Any suggestions would be very helpful!

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your child experience with winding down at bedtime following usage of the tablet intuniv and vyvance I am suggesting that you see a paediatric psychologist specialist for further clinical assessment Councelling and re-evaluation of his medication

Please don't hurry and take a decision so as to keep to physician prescription advice

I hope this helps Regards
