Is Nizonide & Zincoaid Tablets Effective For Dysentery?

My mother 58 years old. She is suffering from dysentery for a long time, passes motion 3 to 4 times, pain in lower abdomen, calf muscle pain, back pain and weakness .
Her current BP is 54/94 and Hemoglobin is 9.90. she also take a medicine for pressure and thyroid. Now recently Dr. prescribed take Rcfax, nizonide, Misthu & Zincoaid. Please advice these are correct for her.

- Allow her plenty of liquids including oral rehydration salt to maintain
hydration .
- Do not give BP medicines at present as BP reading is low .
- Continue nizonide antibiotic and zincoaid multivitamin .
