Is Normal Delivery Possible According To The Scan Result?

hai,i.m 38yrs.i,m 8month pregnancy.my scan report says cephalic presentation,approxi wgt2.2-2.6kgm.liquor slightly less(AFI=9cm).placenta-anterior.fetal biometry is BPD-88mm,HC-321mm,Ac-278mm,FL-68mm.what this report means?May i have normal childbirth r operation?this is 2nd child.1st delivary normal.
