Is Nose Bleeds With Fever A Side Effect Of Clobetasone Butyrate?
my 11 year old daughter has been to the doctors with a rash that is all over her body, parts which are itchy, (arms in general) they have said its an allergy reaction, prescribed cream (clobetasone butyrate) and and tablet (cetirizine hydrochloride) as the day as gone on the rash has got worse, she then had a nosebleed for almost and hour and now has a temperature of 39.5, is there anything you would suggest i do??

Hi,
In my opinion, nosebleed in children is due to exposed to high temperature or due to high grade fever. clobetasone butyrate don't have side effect of nasal bleeding. For your daughter maintain hydration by drinking plenty of warm water. Use tablet Paracetamol to control body temperature. Fever with rash is usually due viral infection which subsides within 10-14 days.
