Is Ocp The Best Treatment For Pcos?
hi, i am 25 years old weighing 88 kg, height 5feet 5inches. I am suffering from pcos wd my cyst size of 72mm dia. My mom doesnt want to get it surgically done n even m scared. My gynae has advised me treatment via ocp named decovit. Is it safe n will i loose my weight once i start eatng ocp?

OCP may be of various types. Certain types are better for treatment of pcos. Cyproterone acetate is the best. However in my opinion, a large cyst of 7cm needs surgery. You will lose weight only with exercise.
