ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi Sir,
I have gone through your query, it suggests that you may be suffering from the chronic suppurative otitis media.
Best treatment of the chronic suppurative otitis media with frequently draining ear is the tympanoplasty with or without mastoidectomy , according to the status of the ear during the operation.
If you have the unsafe right ear then also go for the CT scan of the temporal region.

Wish you good health
