Hi,

According to your description you are taking Tab. Naproxen twice a day and Tab. Dilauded twice a day and if needed T1 s. Taking more number of analgesic drugs can lead to nausea, dizziness etc. So, in this regard better to use only one drug, which can decrease the pain with less side effects. Taking antacids can decease the nausea. Some amount of tiredness can be expected after surgery due to blood loss and stress and strain of surgery.

In postoperative period of hysterectomy some amount of abdominal pain can be expected as internal wounds will take around one month for complete healing. But if the pain persists, better to be careful and have to rule out the possibilities like postoperative collection, infection etc.

So, please visit our Gynecologist once, get examined and go for ultrasound, which will help in finding out the possible cause. Few days course of antibiotics, vitamin and mineral supplements with yous doctor's advice can help to decrease the symptoms usually.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sree Gouri S. R., OBGYN
