Is Pain Due To Subconjunctival Hemorrhage A Cause For Concern?

I have a Subconjunctival Hemorrhage. I have some aching when I close my eye lid or blink. I do not have a scratchy feeling. The area with blood is growing. It started yesterday morning, so I am over 24 hours out. Should I be concerned with the area growing and mild pain?
