Is Pain, Inability To Eat, Fatigue And Insomnia Normal After Laproscopy?

I had a laproscopy and scar tissue removed from around my bowel and other areas throughout my abdomin. I have been feeling generally unwell since the surgery including the inability to eat without pain, extreme fatigue but insomnia, and pain in the abdomen that is still occuring. The surgery was two weeks ago. I was released to return to work one week after surgery. Is all of this normal and am I being paranoid?
