Is Painful Upper Body After Heavy Weight Falling On Chest A Cause For Concern?
I was tossing an 8-pound medicine ball for the first time in years. In catching it, my fingers slipped and it bopped me on the chest. It's still too painful to do yoga or push-ups or even twist in my chair, and it's been two weeks. Is it worth having it looked at? There's no bruise but it's painful if I move a lot in the upper body.
