Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Necrospermia is a condition in which
spermatozoa in semen are either immobile or dead. For a man to be fertile, the sperms should be normal with reference to morphology, count and motility.
Various factors which could lead to necrospermia are:
1. Infections and inflammation, like
prostatitis and orchitis.
2. Nonliquefaction of semen.
3. Excess amount of abnormal sperm.
4. Poor
sperm motility as a result of non-availability of fructose.
5. Insufficiency of a Vitamin E.
Necrospermia is not really incurable ailment. If patients are treated promptly for their prostatitis or orchitis, it can be overcome. The TCM treatment like use of diuretic and anti-inflammatory pill works proficiently around the necrospermia.
Kindly
consult Urologist for further evaluation, assessment and management accordingly.
In case it is unable to correct with treatment, you may have to opt for
assisted reproductive techniques like invitro fertilization (IVF).
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
