I went through your details. You are a medical student. You must have heard of Internship syndrome. What is your opinion about it? How you are going to relate your problem with Internship syndrome?
I think, now, you understand your problem. Your problem of phlegm in throat, is just an imagination which comes out of your anxiety about ALS. Ignore it and in some days, there won't be any phlegm sensation.
