Is Physical Exertion Possible After Recovering From A Spinal Fusion Surgery?
I was told today I needed to have spinal fusion surgery lumbar region multilevel, I am a nurse and have to lift and pull , move patients as much as my weight, will I be able to return to regular floor duty after this surgery?

You need a minimum of 6 months bed rest away from regular work or lifting work and all you should forget only.
Because it can cause a problem for you, you cannot get out of surgery also. You should get the surgery done. Kindly make up your mind only to get it done.
