Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
hi i used to have physiotherapy due to the alignment of my back. after a few sessions i was told i no longer needed to attend. however after a lot of exercise i feel my back is back to its old state and is giving me lots of pain. will the nhs still provide physiotherapy for free now im over 18?
Usually Back pain is due to lack of proper exercise.
Physio would be preferable because it will force you for exercise and due to that your rigid muscles will also be free and you will be relaxed some what.
Its a process which cant give result too quickly but definitely give result.
So I will suggest for physio.
Hope it will helpful to you..
Thanks & Regards, Dr. Gaurav Prajapati
