Hi. Thanks for your query. This looks to be viral fever which has been complicated by pneumonia. The treatment looks adequate to start with. If the fever came back again, repeat the X-ray chest, go for review blood, urine and other relevant tests according to the clinical picture. She may need an additional antibiotics and anti-pyretics. If she is having cough, you may please send the material for gram staining , culture and sensitivity. This will help in future. She needs a strict bed rest. Plenty of oral fluids to maintain hydration.
