hi
welcome to HCM
PCOS is a condition associated with infertility and obesity and certain other complications. the primary reason for not conceiving is the obesity associated with an-ovulation. you forgot the to mention the duration of pregnancy as the heart sounds appears after 4th months. however if you had the termination after 4 months and there were no fetal hearts sounds. then the reason may most probably intrauterine death. the chances of same for the next time are there but nothing can be predicted about that. however it is a good sign you have conceived which improves further chances for your conception. you can also consult you gynecologist for the use ovulation induction drugs like cromophine citrate but i would recommend you to loose some weight before going for conception.
thanks
wish you best luck

Hello
PCOS is a female hormonal balance and characterized by no formation of eggs irrespective of periods( regular or irregular or absent) and hyperandrogeneism( increased testosterone and androgen production).
Women with PCOS who conceive have high rate of fetal loss.
Women with PCOS have fewer chances of conceiving because a normal woman gets 12 chances a year,PCOS females get only 3-4 chances due to delayed periods.
The most important aspect of your treatment besides hormonal treatment is reduction of weight and regular exercises.
Do take METFORMIN 500 mg twice daily for atleadt 6 months.
Be dedicated to your treatment, you will succeed.
Thanks
