Is Pregnancy Difficult Post Thyroidectomy And Radioactive Iodine Treatment?

Hi ... I am 45 and had a thyroidectomy last March. I had a thyroid cancer and had radioactive iodine in May and was told not to get pregnant. I know I am old at 45 trying to conceive my first child but I am still hopeful. In November my doctor increased my thyroid hormone dosage since i felt so tired on my 125mg to 150 and when i saw my thyroid surgeon in January, she told me that my TSH was 0>07 and i could not get pregnant in that dosage ( anyways, i was monitoring my ovulation and there was not ovulation happening) My family doctor brought it back to 125 (6 days a week) 100 once a week. It is now day 30 of my cycle, even though I ovulated on day 13, I have not gotten my period. I am very worried that my family doctor is just wasting my last months of possible chance of pregnancy. what should i do?
