Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Taking A Contraceptive Pill?

I had a question, so my boyfriend and I unprotected sex on September 5th around 6:15pm and he said he thinks he cummed inside of me, so today {September 7} around 9:30 am I took the plan b pill and right now (10:29pm )I am currently in the ER getting checked for a concussion and they ordered a urine sample and I m wondering if he did cum inside me will it show up in the urine test that i am pregnant ? Taking into consideration that I drank lots of water today and peed a couple of times

I understand your concern
Plan B pill not give 100 % protection against the pregnancy.
It has 5-10% failure rate.
Pregnancy test will give positive result 8-10 days after delayed period from the expected period date.
If you have undergone early the chance of the false negative result.
Blood HCG test detect the pregnancy earliest 10 day after the sex.
Plan B pill itself cause delayed period by 5-7 days.
